Every bracelet is carefully handcrafted and prepared with care by Made by Mera before it is shipped. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During product launches, promotions, holiday seasons, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Philippines

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Remote or provincial areas: 5–10 business days

International

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and courier but generally range from:

  • 7–21 business days

International delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

These delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (when available) via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require repayment of shipping fees before reshipment.

Made By Mera is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other unforeseen events

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Please note that investigations may take several business days depending on the courier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us process your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • An unboxing video (REQUIRED)

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government fees may be charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can only be requested before your order has been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
