Handmade Products
Every Made By Mera bracelet is carefully handcrafted using premium glass and acrylic beads. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, pattern, size, and bead arrangement are normal and make each piece unique.
Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and payment verification.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- Made By Mera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
- Personalized, custom-made, sale, or worn items are not eligible for return.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Product Care
To help your bracelet last longer:
- Avoid excessive stretching.
- Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
- Keep away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
