Refund policy

At Made By Mera, every bracelet is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we're committed to providing a fair and transparent shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Unboxing video (NO video, NO return)
  • Be unused and unworn..
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all tags, accessories, and any complimentary items received.
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made bracelets.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as Sale.
  • Items that have been worn, stretched, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Returns requested beyond the 3-day return period.

As each bracelet is handmade, slight variations in bead color, texture, pattern, or arrangement may occur. These natural differences are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • An unboxing video (recommended)

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Store credit
  • A full refund, depending on the situation of the item received.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for processing by Made By Mera.
  • Additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If we shipped the wrong item or your product arrived damaged or defective, Made By Mera will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or have been marked as in progress.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
